Stateside Right of Way CEO/President Diane Burkhardt helmed the 2008 IRWA Chapter 36 President when it was named International Chapter of the Year by the International Right of Way Association. Ms. Burkhardt has worked for a list of local clients including Fort Worth and Dallas TxDOT Districts, Metropolitan Transit Authority, Cities of Denton, Waco, Rowlett, Waco TxDOT District, Fate and Mansfield.
The Stateside Right Of Way team share a long, efficient and productive working history, and recently worked together on the $1.2 billion Metropolitan Transportation Authority (METRO) rail project in Houston, Texas. The team was working under the Federal Transit Authority (FTA) federal rules and guidelines for the preliminary engineering, cost studies, planning, DEIS and FEIS submittals, RAMP process, New Starts, Procedures and Manual writing, Acquisition, Relocation, Eminent Domain, Community Outreach programs and Construction.
