Stateside Right of Way Services was started in 2009 by Diane Valek.

Stateside has office locations in Dallas, Arlington, Tyler, Temple, and Houston. The Stateside staff also opens and mans project office locations as needed for project delivery.

Stateside is a medium sized DBE, WBE, HUB company that has thirty full time staff members that live and work in the State of Texas. Their dedication to the growth of their knowledge and successful project delivery sets Stateside apart from other right of way companies.

Consultation services are available upon request, typically this includes partnering with engineering firms on the design process, development of process and procedures, cost estimates, route selections, public hearings, and project presentations.

The negotiation agents at Stateside are all licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. In addition to carrying those licenses, many of the agents and technicians have their notary.

All Stateside employees are members of the International Right of Way Association and actively participate in classes, seminars, and trainings to stay current on the new
developments in the right of way industry.

Stateside has developed an extensive network of right of way professionals that offer a variety of services such as environmental assessments and appraisals. These are services not provided by Stateside to avoid conflicts of interest, but can be sub-contracted out and managed for you.
